Once again it is time to reserve booth space at the annual Western Regional Big Game Trophy Show. This years' show will be held September 11, 2015 - September 13, 2015 at the Rockingham County Fair Grounds in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Space is available on a first come first served basis. Booth rates are listed below and every effort is made to keep the prices reasonable.

First priority will be given to those who had a booth space last year. You can reserve your space by completing the Indoor/Outdoor Booth Rental Request Form and returning it with your payment to Rick Deviers by July 28. After July 28 any non-reserved spaces will be made available to new vendors on a first come-first serve basis.

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY JULY 1, 2016 TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE!!!

Indoor Booth Size:

10'x 10' (single) = $150.00

10'x 20' (double) = $200.00

10'x 30' (triple) = $250.00

Tables and Chairs are available for an additional charge (see below).

Outdoor Booth Size:

25'x 25' = $150.00

25'x 50' = $225.00

ATTENTION INDOOR/OUTDOOR VENDORS

Every effort has been made to hold the cost of Booths as low as possible. This year we have increased the Booths because of increased rates passed on to us for the use of the Building & Grounds. Tables and Chairs are still available, but they will not be included in the booth space fees. We will arrange to have tables and chairs at your booth if you need them and we regret we will have to pass along the fee. Charges for the tables will be $8.00 each and chairs $3.00 each. We will need to know the quantity you need in advance so we can place an order with the Fair Grounds.

The Trophy Show Facility will be made available to us on Thursday evening if you would like to set up then. If not, the entire day on Friday, September 11, 2015 is available beginning at 9:00 AM for Booth Set-Up and Entry Registration until 9:00 PM. Indoor & Outdoor Vendor Booths must be set up on Friday and ready to open at 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 12, 2015! Indoor/Outdoor Vendor Booths must be manned during the Show hours, which are Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Sunday, September 13, 2015 from 9:00 AM – to approximately 4:00 PM (After AWARDS, and NOT BEFORE Awards Ceremony is complete). PLEASE, NO EXCEPTIONS!
